Dear Grazia,
It has been an immense pleasure working with you. Your technical knowledge and human touch will be sorely missed (as well as your ability to quote obscure film dialogue and your deep knowledge of where the chocolate is hidden in the D42 office).
Also, as the father of a daughter, thank you so much for showing what can be done. You are an inspiration to everyone across the diversity spectrum and I was proud to tell my daughter that I worked for you.
