Grazia, I believe that whatever I can put here in writing will not summarise correctly and completely what I would like to say about you as a person and as professional. You definitely stand out in both roles. Roles that you are capable to mix together to create the figure of an outstanding leader.
I started to appreciate your qualities since the first time I met you when you were heading the Corporate audits team. The day trip to Switzerland for a benchmark meeting at a pharmaceutical company was the revealing moment: not only I discovered you competences, skills and human qualities……I also found out that we were supporting the same football team! That made you perfect!
