Unfortunately, we have not been working together but I must recognize that I have been really impressed by your attitude, behaviour and reaction during my interview. It is so unusual and I could immediately feel at ease. In a nutshell I was impressed by your natural leadership ! It was the first time for me that I could meet an Executive demonstrating such a level of emotion and authenticity. Stay as you are, continue to inspire People. I am personally very sad and disapointed obviously that you are leaving and I don’t have the chance to work for and with you !
