Grazia,
Thank you so much for all of your leadership and passion. I’ve been a part of the CTO Office at Airbus for over ten years, and in that time I’ve not known someone who so clearly understands the importance and value that people add to our innovation and research.
During your time with us, I have felt valued and respected, and that you saw us as friends, colleagues, and innovators, rather than numbers on a Spreadsheet.
As someone with an eclectic background – I have degrees in Archaeology, Film Studies, Heritage Management, and Computer Science – I have really appreciated the value you have seen in the arts. As a Musician I understand that creativity takes many forms, and it is brilliant to see such creativity in technology. And that has been in large part thanks to you.
Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of us together – we only met once or twice in presentations – so instead I have included a photo of my family standing in front of Concorde at Aerospace Bristol. I hope I am able to inspire my children in some of the way you have inspired me to continue doing my best.
